go to Huawei DASHBOARD installed folder and find skin folder
extract zip file and replace both file in that folder (b4 replacing back up ur old skin
file)...it will only change theme of Huawei DASHBOARD...
if u want to change the background picture do this.......
go to this folder - Huawei DASHBOARD\plugins\DialupUIPlugin
u ll find a picture called OperatorBand.png backup that picture 1st..........now
replace that picture with ur own picture....that picture must b in png format 740x407
pix...
ur done.now open Huawei DASHBOARD .........SKIN FILE DOWNLOAD HERE
